付款 ~

1. 付款必須經本店核實，方才送貨。
   
   
2. 若顧客已付款，請通知本店核實，請在入數紙空白位置寫上訂購人名稱，電話和送貨日期，並傳真到 23450173 或WHATSAPP / WECHAT 51183511 或 電郵 ourniceday@yahoo.com.hk。
   
   
3. 付款方法~

訂單 ~

1. 為確保貨品質素，顧客請盡量不少於2天前訂購貨品(婚禮項目除外)。
   
   
2. 所有訂單一經核實，不能取消。 所有按金及已付款項均不獲退還。
   
   
3. 我們會24小時內核實以傳真、電郵及網上發出之訂單，若貴客24小時內未收到我們回覆，請立即與我們聯絡。
   
   
4. 我們會依照客人資料如常送遞，但若無人簽收或拒收，我們均視此交易完成。​​

送貨 ~

1. 送貨當日若掛8號颱風或以上或黑色暴雨警告，本店將暫停送貨服務而另作安排。 
   
   
2. 若貨品送往偏遠地區，本店需收取送貨費，歡迎來電查詢。

季節性供應 ~

1. 如鮮花供應受到季節性影響而缺乏或因其他不能控制的原因引致花材供應緊張短缺。 本店將通知客人及得到客人同意下更換主花，但襯花之更換則不會事先通知。
   
   
2. 圖片中的花盆、籃子或配飾等，如遇缺貨，本店將以最適當之物品替代

Payment ~

1. We need to verify payment before making delivery for any purchase.
2. Please let us know upon completion of payment.  Please write down the purchaser’s name, phone number and delivery date on the slip and fax to 23450173 or WHATSAPP / WECHAT 51183511 or email ourniceday@yahoo.com.hk
3. Payment method:

Order ~

1. Customers please place order at least two days before delivery (except wedding items).
   
   
2. Once the order/payment is confirmed and approved, cancellation will not be accepted.  All deposits paid and payments are non-refundable.
   
   
3. All orders made by fax / email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours.  If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
   
   
4. All deliveries will be made as per the information provided by customer, however, if the recipient is not available or rejects the product, we shall still regard the transaction / delivery as having been made and completed.

Delivery ~

1. In the event of typhoon signal No. 8 or above, Black Rain Storm warning being hoisted, we may not proceed any order on schedule, we will discuss with customers to re-arrange the delivery time.
   
   
2. Delivery fee will be charged, please contact us for details.

Seasonal Availability ~

1. We reserve the right to substitute different flowers due to weather condition and seasonal availability.  However, we shall inform and get approval from customer in case we need to change the main flower type, whereas for matching flowers, we shall change without informing the customer in case of availability problem, but we shall try every effort to maintain size, shape, and overall color scheme of an arrangement.
   
   
2. While baskets / containers and decorations shown in photos are not available, we will use other suitable baskets / containers and decorations without making prior notice to customers.
